These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the appointment booking process for consultations provided by Pharmable (“we,” “our,” or “us”) via our website www.pharmable.co and www.calendly.com/pharmable
By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
Consultation Service
The consultation is provided by a qualified GPhC accredited prescribing pharmacist. Each appointment lasts 15 minutes and is conducted via video consultation. The fee for the consultation is £39, payable in advance or upon booking. You will be sent a payment link after you have selected your booking date and time. Please ensure payment is made to secure your booking. Booking is not be confirmed until the payment has been made.
We do not provide emergency medical care. If you have a life-threatening condition, call 999 or visit A&E.
Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our online booking system. Payment of £39 for consultation is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior cancellation, your payment is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled appointment at no extra cost.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 5 minutes late, your consultation time may be shortened.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled without a refund. You may be required to book a new appointment if this occurs.
Suitability for Consultation
This service is only available to individuals aged 18 years or older.
Consultations are not suitable for emergency conditions or if you require an urgent prescription for a Schedule 2 or 3 controlled drug.
If your condition is assessed as unsuitable for this consultation, you may be advised to seek alternative medical care. No refunds will be provided for unsuitable consultations unless deemed appropriate by the consultant.

Privacy and Confidentiality
All consultations are confidential and conducted in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection laws.
Your information will only be used for providing the consultation and necessary medical records.
Consultations must take place in a private and quiet area to maintain confidentiality. If you fail to do so, we may terminate the consultation, and no refund will be given.
Chaperone Policy
If you require a chaperone, they must be physically present with you in a private setting during the consultation. You must inform us in advance if a chaperone will be present.
Medical Disclaimer
This consultation is for advisory and prescribing purposes only and does not replace a face-to-face examination where needed.
We do not prescribe Schedule 2 or 3 controlled drugs, and we do not provide emergency treatment.
The consultant may decline to provide a prescription if it is deemed clinically inappropriate.
Technical Issues and Connectivity
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a working device for the consultation.
If the consultation is disrupted due to technical issues on your end, we may not be able to reschedule or refund.
If there is a technical issue on our end, we will offer a rescheduled appointment at no extra cost.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
